       Our Services

We compassionately and effectively facilitate the rehabilitation and transformation needed for at-risk youth to become responsible citizens and redirect the path of their lives. We also work with youth who are not yet offenders to help redirect their behavior. Each client must complete intake and a needs assessment. After the intake and needs assessment, the client is paired with an advocate who will mentor them and assist them with setting short and long-term goals.  Advocates will also make home and school visits to ensure continued support. Through our partnership with Goodwill of North Georgia  each client has the opportunity to attend Athens Technical College for FREE in the subject areas of Welding, Forklift Driving, Maintenace, Technology, Logistics and CDL.  We offer FREE counseling services and FREE one on one Psychoanalytic Therapy. Each client will attend one or more life skills courses based on their individual needs for 8-weeks in the courses listed below.

What Our Clients Say

April Terrell

"JOA was introduced to me by a friend because I was having some behavior issues with my granddaughter. Intake was a day of new beginnings. I thank Mrs. Julita and Ms. Smith. I recommend JOA! The response from day one was awesome!"
